CMV Group has successfully acquired a strategic 4.57 hectare landholding at 2 Innovation Drive, Mickleham, from developers MAB and GPC within Merrifield Business Park. The prime property, located in a prominent position at the corner of Donnybrook Road and Polaris Road, boasts a substantial land area of 45,700sqm, ideal for CMV Group’s future development plans.

CMV Group is set to develop the corner site into a state-of-the-art Kenworth & DAF Truck dealership and service centre, enhancing their offering and accessibility to their growing customer base in Melbourne’s North. The location’s high exposure and excellent connectivity were key considerations in CMV Group’s decision to invest in the prime site.
